The Flying Stars calculator shows where the nine stars sit in your home for a chosen year, month, day, and two-hour period. The current period is Period 9 (2024–2043).

Read the chart
On the plan, the large number is the annual star and the small number is the month star. Tap a sector to read its stars, their quality in the current period, and their combination.
| Layer | Changes | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Annual star | Each year, at Li Chun | Sets the tone of a sector for the year |
| Month star | Each solar month | Strengthens or softens the annual star |
| Daily star | Each day | Choosing a day |
| Hourly star | Every two hours | Choosing a time |
To show or hide layers, use Show Monthly Stars, Show Daily Stars, and Show Hourly Stars.
Choose a date
- Click the calendar icon.
- Do any of the following:
- In Select Annual Period, choose a year.
- In Select Month Period, choose a month.
- In Select Daily Period or Select Hourly Period, choose a day or time.
To return to today, click Set Current Period.
Use a custom grid
To assign sectors to real rooms, reshape them in Grid settings.
