These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of baguame.com and app.baguame.com (the “Service”), operated by Baguame.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Baguame is a software-as-a-service platform for classical Feng Shui. The platform provides calculators, interactive tools, and AI-assisted analysis for educational and personal use.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@baguame.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not use a username that impersonates another person, infringes any trademark, or is offensive or obscene.
Baguame offers two tiers of access:
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings page. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Certain premium features within the platform — including AI-assisted sector analysis and AI chat queries — are accessed using virtual credits called “Coins.”
All payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you and request manual payment within a stated deadline.
Baguame uses artificial intelligence to assist with Feng Shui analysis, sector interpretation, Ba Zi commentary, and chat-based guidance. AI features are currently powered by third-party providers including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude.
Artificial intelligence models are probabilistic systems — they generate responses based on patterns in training data, not on verified facts or expert knowledge. In the context of Feng Shui and Chinese metaphysics, this means:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. All AI outputs are provided as a starting point for exploration and education, not as definitive guidance.
AI features are powered by third-party models operated by companies outside of Baguame.com. By using AI features, you acknowledge that:
The platform allows you to upload floor plan images and other files for use with our analysis tools.
All platform content — including calculators, algorithms, design, branding, and written materials — is the exclusive property of Baguame.com and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Content you generate using the platform (e.g., saved analyses, reports) remains yours. By saving or sharing content through the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as necessary to operate the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and the Service. You may opt in to marketing communications during registration or through your account settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Baguame is an educational and informational platform. Nothing provided through the Service — including Feng Shui calculators, Ba Zi natal chart analysis, Flying Stars calculations, zone assessments, AI-generated sector analysis, chat responses, or any other feature — constitutes or should be treated as:
Any information provided by the Service reflects traditional classical Feng Shui and Chinese metaphysical frameworks for educational purposes only. Results, interpretations, and recommendations are presented as informational content, not as definitive guidance.
The Service may suggest adjustments to the layout, orientation, use of space, placement of objects, colors, or other elements within a property based on Feng Shui principles. You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes — including improved health, wealth, relationships, career, or wellbeing — from use of the Service or application of any Feng Shui, Ba Zi, or other metaphysical information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baguame.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baguame.com from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising out of actions you take based on content we provide.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any unused Coins are forfeited.
If you wish to close your account, contact us at support@baguame.com. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (including payment processors and AI providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third parties you interact with through the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by the law of your country of residence.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-platform notification before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
