Approach
Feng Shui is a methodology of environmental analysis: how surroundings, building shapes, orientation, and layouts affect the people who live and work there. Every conclusion is backed by calculations and specific property characteristics. There will be no money toads.
Topography, roads, water, neighboring buildings, plot and house shapes. The external environment determines how the property "works".
Precise orientation by the 24 Mountains, Flying Stars chart, Eight Mansions system. Every degree matters here.

For the skyscraper renovation near Columbus Circle, Trump invited Feng Shui masters Pun-Yin and Tin-Sun Mak. The main entrance was relocated from the traffic circle side to the Central Park side, and a globe was installed in front of the building to neutralize sharp angles of converging streets.
Entrance and surroundingsThe bank's headquarters designed by Norman Foster. A geomancer participated in the project from the very beginning: upon his recommendation, the atrium escalators were rotated at an angle, and the building's orientation was aligned with Victoria Harbour and the mountains behind it.
Corporate headquartersOn the consultant's recommendation, the main entrance was rotated by 12°, the opening date was chosen according to the Chinese calendar, and the hotel ballroom was built with an area of 888 m². The number 8 is considered a symbol of prosperity in Asia.
Orientation and date selectionMoshe Safdie's complex architecture and all major project changes were approved by Feng Shui consultants. The opening was scheduled for a calculated time: June 23, 2010, exactly at 15:18.
Development · HoReCaThe five towers of the complex are positioned like fingers of a hand, and in its center stands the "Fountain of Wealth": water in Feng Shui symbolizes an influx of money. In 1998, the fountain entered the Guinness Book of Records as the largest in the world.
Complex master planThe most famous example of Feng Shui in residential architecture: a through-opening spanning several floors is left in the facade. According to a common version, it is needed so that the "dragon" from the mountains can pass unobstructed to the sea.
Residential complexThe casino entrance was shaped like a lion's mouth. Guests from Asia avoided walking through it because it is considered a bad omen. The hotel rebuilt the entrance and placed the lion sculpture separately. An example of how space directly affects customer flow.
Retail · visitor flowsThe opening ceremony was scheduled for August 8, 2008 at 20:08, a time composed of eights, a symbol of prosperity. Choosing a date for launching major projects in Asia has become standard practice.

I have been practicing classical Feng Shui since 2016 — after studying and working in a Chinese metaphysics school. I work using the Form School and Compass School, Flying Stars method, Ba Zhai, and personal analysis by BaZi. I rely on specific property characteristics (layout, orientation, surroundings) rather than general rules from popular books.
To make analysis accurate and visual, I created Baguame, an international platform for Feng Shui and Chinese metaphysics. It is used by both beginners and practicing consultants, and I work on it myself in every project.

No. Consultation is an analysis of layout, orientation, and surroundings with concrete recommendations: where to put the bed, where to place the office, which entrance to choose. Many solutions coincide with the principles of environmental psychology and ergonomics, and how to implement them is up to you.
No. I start with what can be changed by simple means: furniture arrangement, use of zones, color, and light. Redevelopment is proposed only if you are already planning a renovation. I do not sell or recommend talismans and "money trees".
For apartments — yes: based on the plan, photos, and video, a complete analysis can be made. For private houses, land plots, and commercial properties, I recommend an on-site visit to accurately measure orientation and see the surroundings.
Floor plan (technical passport or own measurements), property address, photos and a short video of each room, birth dates of family members for personal calculations. For business — office plan and a list of key employees.
The verbal review lasts from one to three hours, depending on the property. Afterward, you receive a written conclusion with a plan, zones, and priorities, and for 30 days I answer clarifying questions.
